PROPS |
|
| Props | Basically, anything on a set that is not a character will be considered a prop. Portraits, vases and chairs are props. If it's an electric chair, then it's called a working prop. A severed limb is a SPFX prop. | A severed limb that crawls is a SPFX working or animatronic prop. Simple enough? A 9-mm Browning automatic pistol is a weapon. Weapons are dangerous so they've earned their own category. | Captain Kirk's phaser is a working prop since there's a dial he can turn to set the phaser on stun. A rubber gun that is thrown at someone is a stunt prop! Had enough? | |
