About TEXA |
TEXA, a Montréal based special effects
studio, was formed in 1992 by two seasoned make-up artists (both students of
Oscar-winner Dick Smith). They felt the need to offer greater
facilities and a more elaborate product to Canadian motion-picture producers.
The move paid off and TEXA kept on growing. |
While artistry and techniques are polished and up to date, TEXA offers more than just make-up effects. The studio has its own animatronics department and closely follows the evolution of many a new product making their mark in the film industry. |
It is a point of honor to deliver the best effects (often before deadlines) and consequently, TEXA has earned a reputation of dependability and achievement. |
